Hacking G6 save transfering?

how (using G6 lite) can I transfer a save from or to the original game cart?

Put the rom for the game on the G6.

Start it up in the DS as you normally do, then when you get to the DS game menu remove the passcard and insert the DS game.

Select the rom for the game, press select, and choose 'DS cart -> default' (or something to that effect, it's been a while). This will copy the save from the DS cart to the .0 file for the rom you selected.


To copy a save from the G6 onto a DS game cart, make sure the save you want to transfer is on the G6, then do the same thing only choose 'Default -> DS cart'. The save will be copied from the .0 file to the DS cart.

Hahaha snap indeed.

I think the G6 Lite save system is quite good and relatively easy to use in terms of manipulating the save data.
