i think its corrupted, since i dont have that 1 or 7.
try formating with with GBA mode (read that faq i linked in last page), then format in FAT mode in windows, then copy two two files again and test again.
havent you done this before? it seems that your G6 is on latest firmware since it asks you to reload or not, and not installing new firmware or not.
