Homebrew FTPD not working

I type everything in correctly, the ip and stuff and it connects, but says "550 not a directory" on both the 3ds and the computer and it won't load the file system. Help please? Also, I know it's late in the 3ds scene but I want to know before it becomes even later.

Try 3DShell and AndFTP if you're using android phone.

Between 3DS and Windows. You skip the steps concerning data recovery.
