I can successfully connect to my nintedo's ftpd server, but when i try to add some files, like a .cia, it simply does not let me do it.

Any file or cia files?
Does your sd card has enough storage space? Can you install & play games fine with your sd card?

Do you have strong a wifi connection?
And both need to be connected to the same WiFi for it to work btw.
What does it say in the log (in ftpd)?
Update ftpd if it's not up to date.

The same wifi with a stable connection, but the most recent log after connecting to the server says "closing connection to [my ip]", looks like it simply disconnects. It has the latest version (v3.1.0)

Make sure it is set up with a manual ip address on your 3ds, if not change the last digits to a higher number to make sure it's not taken by some other device on your network.
Do the same for your pc or phone, for dns use 8.8.8.8 for both. And test again.
