Hacking ftp...

Hey my wii,s sd slot got damaged and I wanted to know if its possible to send files to the wii using ftp without an ftp channel or application on the wii...

My plan is to somehow get a wad manger with usb support to load then installing a load mii channel cause I cant use an sd but I could use a usb. Thanks in advanced.

unfortunatley not dude, you need FTPii installed as a channel and it needs to be running.

all you need is wadmanager installed and you can use usb for .wads obviously

you can send homebrew .dol/.elf to the homebrew channel

google SendToWii on Wiibrew for a easy windows based GUI.

When I try to send it It stops working or if i try another loader it says are u sure thats the right I.p adress...Im positive thats the adress cause I checked in the homebrew channel....

Go to the homebrew channel, Get and set up wiiload. Then get the ftpii boot.dol and send it via wiiload.

Go to http://hbc.hackmii.com/download/
Download the dol package. inside you will find wiiload.
Then follow these instructions. http://wiibrew.org/wiki/Wiiload#Windows

That's a local IP-address, only for use within your local network.

anyway, once you get it working, put a wadmanager wad on a usb drive and send wadmanager and install it, so then you can install channels atleast.
