I don't have emunand on the SD, but I've noticed something weird. Using system formatting, removes your frind code, added friends and stuff, right? I got my o3ds detecting the previous fc as online. So what could it mean?
That would suggest you are using the NAND you cloned from emuNAND, but you formatted AFTER cloning, right? If yes, that is very odd....

Yeah, Ikr :( I'll try creating emunand with emu9 and see if i can go there or restore a back up and see what happens.

No need to make a new emuNAND partition, you can just use sysNAND with a9lh. Maybe try another system format to see if that fixes it? Unless you want your emuNAND back, then try restoring it to sysNAND again.
