Gaming Friend Asked me to Hack his PHAT PsP

Hey guys, you all have been a ton of help! I just hacked my PSP 2000 with the bad moboard. Showed my friend and he wants me to hack his PHATTY. Well.. the same method I used does not work. (I used ChickHEN r2 and Custom CFW Enabler... I can't turn off my psp or it goes away method)

Any idea the easiest way to hack this phatty? His firmware is 5.03.

I think you use Hellcats installer or something like that.

if u have pandora create a mms and hold L while turning on psp its pretty straight forward after that

i did my phat that way to

and att fin

chicken r2 in the map of chicken there are 2 maps one for phat and one for slim

you need the fat one and put it in picture.

Try again and again Vinnn3 (it took upwards of 30 tries the other week for me*)
also note that there are two types of chickHEN (one for 1000s/phats and one for everything else), most automated tools cater for the second variety)

*I would not have cared so much but my last words having just successfully launched chickHEN and PSPident before that were "let us power cycle it and go from the start".

are u sure ur using Chickhen R1!? becuase im pretty sure i didnt use R2 but that was awhile ago so yea
-Try Charging
-disable custom themes AND wallpapers
-restore default
-turn off umd cache and auto start

if that doesnt work
