I need to ask a seller on ebay in France, if they ship to the UK and also postage cost to do. I speak no French at all though , so would be grateful if someone who does could tell me how.

I know I could just use google translate, but I've seen the results of people using it to translate to English, so would prefer not to.

Yes, I'm fluent in french. Considering it's my first language. XD

"Livraison" (deliver) is usually for shops, professional sellers, or someone who personally deliver the package to your adress.
when it's a simple user using postal service, we generally use the word "envoyer" or "expédier" (which means send).

Also, Angleterre is better than "uk", not everyone understand acronyms, and we rarely use "United Kingdom" (Royame Uni) but just "England" to refer to all UK .

Est-ce que vous envoyez en angleterre? Si oui, combien cela couterait-il?
Merci.

Let us know the answer, we will translate it for you.
or you can add
"Si vous parlez anglais, pourriez-vous me répondre en anglais?"
which means "If you are speaking English, could you answer me in English?"
