Hacking Freezing on Wii u Menu

I have mocha installed on my wii u but it seems everytime i exit a game it freezing on the wii u menu any game too
It seems when i exit any game the wii u reboots runs mocha then freezes on wii u menu screen

any idea what could be the cause.

I can't say but I have had very similar problem; Occasional (but not definitive) freeze to menu loading when exiting a game or application.
In my case this is with coldboot haxchi CFW solution, and not Mocha but the problem is somewhat similar.

it's probably the config.txt. try chaning it to redNAND=0.
