I’m having the same crashing issue. Finally managed to get everything I needed (correct update url for txt file) and updated, installed Yooka-Laylee, and now the app won’t launch. Crashes as soon as I try to launch it, nothing even comes up, just brings me back to the game menu. Tried deleting and putting it back on my SD card fresh, didn’t work either...

Anyone having problems with blank app/games showing?
I tried to download 1-2 switch via Nxshop, and it didn’t download. Instead it shows up as a blank game, can’t press option on the “blank app” or delete it.

What version freeshop you have? I had same problem with old freeshop, but since I changed to 0.2.0 (now 0.3.0) I don't see this problem again

My console is already banned from Nintendo online services. I can use this software without any risk at this point? It works well or is actually better to download games on PC?

Have you settled custom dns?

AFAIK, if yours is not a cdn ban, you should continue to use it... Until a cdn ban.

It says version 1.0. Will try the latest update and see how. Thanks!
P.S. other games I downloaded are fine. Just the 1-2 switch have this blank problem.

No, I didn’t change my dns. Should I though? This will prevent a cdn ban?

Anyone willing to help me use this? I have a switch on version 3.0.0 and all i have done to it is install HBL. Ive messed with a couple of emulators but thats about it.

Can some one explain to me how nintendo is unable to block this from downloading stuff from their CDN servers?.. If you have a console that is super/CDN banned, how is this thing able to get around that and still download stuff?.. Could nintendo ever change their stuff to prevent this from working in the future any more?.. And is this able to download updates and DLC too, or just games?..

There's a server by the name of atum that hosts updates as well as eShop content and is designed to accept requests from banned consoles because it hosts updates but Nintendo were foolish to host updates alongside their eShop content. Meaning even if you were to get banned, your console's certificate can still make valid requests to atum and download eShop content hence why Freeshop hasn't been fully stopped. Their workaround was now to enact bans for the atum server known as superbans so if your console gets superbanned, you cannot make any valid requests meaning no online play, eShop access, or updates. The normal console ban is applied to the dauth server which primarily handles eShop access (but not eShop titles) and online play.

If you get superbanned (CDN ban) this won't work. You seem to have confused a soft dauth ban with a hard CDN ban.

They can simply start issuing more common superbans if you're caught using these. Right now it just auto dauth bans.
