Homebrew WIP FreeShopNX

One question. I used 0.2.0 version that uses the cert you put in its folder, not the one you have on your console. But for some reason it's stopped working on my console, it just takes me to the menu right after I start it. So I guess I need an update. But I don't want to use my console's cert. Is there any way to work this out in 0.3.0? I can't get any info on this topic. thank you

OP's link needs to be updated, as eXShop or whatever that link points to no longer exists.
Maybe a mod can edit that? The correct link is: https://github.com/AnalogMan151/FreeShopNX

And yes, the config file needs to be edited with the link that has the titlekeys. That link cannot be shared here on GBATemp, so you'll need to make a bit of research.

I'll give you a tip tho, it likely has "newkeydb" in it.

So I really have to ask: Since nintendo has started implementing super-bans which ban you from using the CDN at all, is there really any point to even attempt to use freeshopNX any more?.. It seems like if you use it, it is just a ticking time-bomb.. As soon as nintendo detects that you are downloading stuff they will super-ban you, which will render freeshopNX unusable for you, but you will be in an even worse position than when you started because now you won't even be able to download updates or any thing, even officially..

Since FreeshopNX uses your own certificate (in any version of the app), I would say if it errors out then your Switch is superbanned. You can test it by checking for firmware updates. If it errors out then you’re out of luck

You were banned from online but you could still access ATUM server (games and firmware updates). If you try to firmware update your switch and it fails, then your ban was upgraded to superban and you’re now blocked from accessing atum (no game updates, freeshop or firmware update)

Not banned currently.
I only use sxos for snes and gba emulators. If N bans me for that then I will probably pirate switch games rather than buy legit copies. I would like to support game developers, but also want more features than OFW can provide.

so, somehow, all of my downloaded games (freeshop and actual eshop purchases) all got wiped from my sd...and because of my superban, i can't redownload even the titles i paid for. awesome.
