Well, to be honest everyone who uses this app probably uses it for piracy.
This is no longer piracy. Piracy is copying something and then distributing the copy.

This thing lets you download games from the official eShop without paying for it.
Imagine if somebody made an app that lets you connect to Steam and download everything you want without paying for it.
This thing is IMO practically highway robbery. This shit is big, so I expect Nintendo is just waiting for someone to make a mistake and slap them with a lawsuit.

Piracy is just another word for copyright infringement for the most part, so yes, this is piracy (The unauthorized use or distribution of a copyrighted work)

Meh, if they were going to sue anyone, it would have been done by now against me, TheCruel, or Cearp, for being the idea men behind the two projects that allow it. But they'd lose, because we don't break any laws :) And they won't go after individual users, because even if they won, they'd win pennies by spending tens of thousands on lawyers, it's a waste of money.
