Homebrew freeShop crashes on "Loading game titles" screen

Well, first of all thank you for being on this topic. I will detail my problem and show the solutions that I found in the forums and tried to apply, with all failed.

I have a New 3DS XL 11.4.0-38U with boot9strap 1.2 and Luma 8.1 with a 64GB SD Card. My freeShop does not open, when he start loading the game list, it stops and gives an error warning that the console will be restarted. I did not change my system, just uninstalled it and installed again. How do I find the solutions I found on forums:

- I've tried installing other versions
- I've tried to reinstall by deleting 3ds / data / freeshop
- I already tried to pass all the data from the card to my HD, format the SD card, and pass the data again
- I already tried installing with an old cache

Really, I do not know what else to do ... I would like some light coming from you before formatting the card and installing the 50GB of games. Thanks in advance.

freeShop 3.1.2, but aready tested on 2.2 and 2.1. Same problem on all versions.

Insert the SD into your computer.
On your SD browse to: /3ds/data/freeShop and open the file: config.json
At the end of the file you will find: "language":"auto". Set auto to your preffered language (de = German, en = english).
Save the change and reinsert the SD. Start freeshop.

Another user also suggested disabling the clock speed (if you have clock speed on)
