Hacking Freeshop and eshop (+1 extra question)

If we have freeshop, CIAngel or fbi (and cias on sd), and if we install any game then run Eshop (official), will the titles are erased or corrupted?

Extra Question for extraordinary people that are really smart and helpful: I recently watch a tutorial to install freeshop and I see that there were 800 dsiware titles on freeshop, but eshop does not have that much dsiware and dsishop is closed to where do they come from?

I don't think you can get flipnote dsi, If it wasn't ported to .cia you can't get it from freeshop. But DsiBrowser you can get, but I don't think you can't on freeshop.

its not that the dsi shop is revived . . . Nintendo allows one to transfer there purchase history from dsi to 3ds so they can re-download their games in 3ds install-able format (or .cia for short)
(sidenote cia or citra install-able application is called a cia because citra was nintendos codename for the 3ds prior to its release . . . and also why the first 3ds emulator was named citra ... much like the dolphin emulator but thats another story)

tickets are the consoles end in how nintendo allows you to request to redownload apps from the eshop, freeshop uses an oversight in nintendos eshop server to allow you to redownload apps that you never owned

when nintendo removes a game from the eshop they only remove the sale page because it would be bad business (and illegal in some places) to for example sell you cubic ninja then when an exploit is found get salty enough to say that you cant even download the game you payed for essentially stealing from you the price of cubic ninja

so in conclusion the entire dsi shop is incorporated into the 3ds eshop and freeshop will allow you to "pretend" you own and as such re-download any apps even games removed from sale
