That's highly unlikely, reason being that if that were the case, generated MEID's shouldn't work and/or the confirmation email process should be altered, if not we will demand our games and will get them as they did not tell us they were not sending them. Either way, they've dug themselves into a hole.

I tried it, but seems odd they would give a free game to just anyone. Also, it says verifying info, I'm sure that will bust any false information false, they're pretty smart. But if I see the game in my mail box, I will believe this. But thanks for the info Devin.

a generator just goes around that requirement though
