Have you connected to the internet for the first time within 30 days?

If you have connected your wii to the internet within 30 days, go on to the wii shop channel and press connection ambassodor promotion. Select 'Person who was helped' and enter the wii number 8483 4937 7323 3090. After this, post your wii number and within a few days you will recieve 500 points.

Because if there's one thing people around gbatemp need, it's more ways to legally purchase their Wii games.

Helpful and late.

LOL wow, to be honest has anyone here really used the internet? I haven't used the internet ever since I bought my Wii, which was when the twilight hack was the only way to install homebrew xD

I use it for network installing cIOS's and such

why are you posting this? it's old news. and also some people here don't buy VC/Wiiware they get them from the underground sources...

I personally like what Nintendo is doing, but as we all should know, the topic starter forgot to mention that if you add them as a person who helped you, they get one step closer to free NES games, then eventually all Nintendo VC games for free. Personally, I think that's awesome that Nintendo is doing that. Even though I, as well as many others, already have a fully soft-modded Wii. Still, I want to get in on this myself. I'd have to add people as me helping them though, because I've had my Wii since launch, and I've been on the internet plenty (not that I like the Internet Channel, but sometimes I feel like looking at the Wii Shop Channel, and I use the network connection for some of the homebrew apps).

Corrected. Though I admit I prefer my PC for porn (much better storage space), you shouldn't forget the basic purpose of the internet.

"underground sources"

Now that made me laugh. Like you have to look any further than a quick google search to get all the pirated wiiware/vc you want! xD
