It's Photoshop online. I don't know if it's free or not, but I think it is.

It's not legal to download it for free unless Adobe approves it. And that site you linked to looks to be nothing more than a warez site.

I use GIMP at work as an alternative to Photoshop because my company won't give me a damn license. It does the job quite well.

there are multiple methods of pirating, and you can use one of these million methods to get a photoshop CS3 just like me

Just use MS Paint. Best editing program ever.

But I heard from PC Mag that GIMP is a free PhotoShop clone that can even be modified to look like it. Try it out.
