Today I got the free Netbook the state provides students with

It's pretty cool.

Specs:
Intel Atom 1.6GHz N450 CPU
1GB DDR2 RAM
384MB Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 3150
TFT 10.1" Display
A webcam with a pretty alright refresh rate
3 USB Ports
1 SD Card Reader
4 Cell Li-Ion Battery
Dual Boot WinXP/Ubuntu[/p]

I mean, it's FREE.

So yeah, I can keep it as long as I study and finish what I'm studying.

Looks like fairly similar specs to the Compaq Mini 110. Currently using it... I wouldn't if I had a different option, but it's my little brother's and he never uses it lol.

Just keep up on maintenance on it. A Windows reinstall every half year or so does it wonders.
