I am unable to start Castlevania. Some launch screen appears and then shuts down. Is anyone else here experiencing this?

Castlevania is own by KONAMI. You need to explain any problems about problems in Castlevania games from Epic games store website to KONAMI tech support in email or contact KONAMI on social websites like Discord, Facebook, etc to help you.

I don't have time to play Castlevania for now due to my family need my help more important than video games.
