I am running 11.1.0.34U o3ds and i looked everywhere for a solution. I have the v3 exploit freakyhax.bin thing in the dcim file, along with the picture folder. There are no other pictures. I set my date the furthest it would go in the past.
Not sure if you ever figured this out or not seeing as it's 2 weeks old, however did you name the payload file to otherapp.bin? I usually get this type of crash when I forget to do this.
