Not true at all, us EU types were sitting here for hours while the rest of the world downloaded the ambassador games!

Nope.
You select the triforce, and you choose a door to select a level.

Someone else mentioned that the Wii shop gets updates at 12noon eastern time which make sense because it's 9am west coast time (Nintendo US is in Redmond, WA) and they will have been at work for an hour or just getting in.

Wow....awesome! I wasn't expecting this til tomorrow afternoon. Gives me something to do tonight. Plays pretty well so far. I remember having it built in to the GBA release of Link To The Past and always wanting to play it, but I've never had any other gamers around

It goes into "DSi Mode" to play the game. Why the hell would it not work multiplayer cross platform? It most definitely should. Maybe your wireless settings are off?

it should work fine multiplayer 3DS and DSi. I tried it, and you can notice the better quality textures i guess on the 3DS, compared to a more sharper look on the DSi

The dsi version is a nightmare to download. 14 MB download at 1MB/minute = sheesh. And you have to start over from scratch if your connection isn't perfect and it errors out. Nintendo has stupid programmers.

The took the whole matter of 5 seconds to download on the DSi.

Yeah, the DSishop does suck for some reason. I remember downloading stuff off of there back in the day last year when I had a DSi.

I am very impressed with what I see so far. I am so happy this game was free, I have no money to buy it if it wasn't.

you dont play it between download play... both players have to starts for sword...but i think you all know that...
i just played with my friend and bro. my bro and me are using a pal 3ds and my friend a pal dsi ..it worked

Maybe I was wrong because a 7th attempt was suddenly fast for some reason (14MB != compressed dl file, duh me). I'll man up and fess up -- I was wrong.

Just got this from the 3DS eShop and playing it for the first time. Great distraction after finishing OoT.
