Hardware Found a Super Smash bros Switch Bundle

Not sure if its patched or not patched, its brand new though. I heard that the Splatoon 2 & Mario Odyssey were unpatched.
Couldn't find any information on the Smash Bros bundles, can anyone shed some light on this??

The only bundles that are 100% safe are Splatoon 2 and Mario Odyssey
