Do you avoid old games that are only playable in 30fps or less?

I got back to playing Blur on PS3 and while it's only 30fps, the game is awesome so no I wouldn't personally avoid games based on that alone.

I'm looking to tune a car for drifting on the Fujimi Kaido track, but I'm not sure what to do for the tuning setup. I have setups for regular track races, but I've never done one for a drift. Anyone know much about it?
