Hacking Formatting Problem

So a couple days ago I bought a CycloDS and an 8GB MicroSD card. Everything worked fine. This morning I went to copy some more roms onto the card, and then when I tried play the CycloDS again I got the following error message:

"MicroSD card is not formatted with FAT16 or FAT32. Please format the MicroSD card before using with CycloDS Evolution"

Now, no matter how many times I format the card I get this error message. Do I need to buy a new MicroSD card, or is the problem with my CycloDS?

What are you using to format the card and are you choosing 'full format' or 'quick format'?

He probably has Vista and formated it ExFat.

It's recommended that you use the Panasonic SD Formatter to format your SD card. Google for it.
