by formatting the wii system memory does the tickt files get deleted, because if i had a VC game on my wii then copied it onto an sd card and formatted the sytem memory. it doesnt let me copy the game back onto the wii does this mean the .tik has been deleted ? the only way to get it back is through the wii shop.

you will have to pay for your games again

sorry for taking it a but of topic:
So does it remove all the tickets? so The big n will not "get you" for downloading vc games?
How do you format?

Use the WAD Unistaller to get rid of the ticket, WAD file and save file. It's on the forums somewhere look around. Completely formatting the Wii gets rid of everything on it! Be warned!

no your not taking it off topic because this is what i wanted to ask. i think it removes all ticket but want to be 100% sure.
i already formatted it before the wad uninstaller was released so i wanted to know if there is now any need for running the wad uninstaller now.

you dont pay for the games again. becuase it shows in your downloaded games in the wii shop. so you can download them again for free

This no matter with Waninkoko's tools : backup your MIIs and savegames.
For the VC games you bought on Nintendo site, can someone confirm: if you connected your Wii on your Nintendo account, you'll be able to download them again after a format.
