Hacking force update

i have an o3ds with sysnand4.5+emunand9.2(rxmode)
and i would like to play a game in emunand which requires a newer version of firmware (e.g. 9.9) by sky3ds
what would happen if i apply the force update in emunand without wifi connection?
would the sysnand be updated?

Do you have an Old 3DS or N3DS?
Derp I cant read lol you can update your Emunand (it should say RXE 9.2) by going to system settings and doing a system update through there do not system update with a notification or by going to the eShop.

i have an old3ds,
and my question is: would the firmware force update by running game(gamecard or flashcard) done in emunand affect the sysnand?

Am i saying something which you don't know?
isn't that when running a game which require a newer firmware,
a prompt box will appear for update request?
so what would happen if it is done in emunand?

It will update Emunand. Which you can do without problems on old 3ds. Just be absolutely sure you're not in sysnand.

o3ds emunand can update to the newest version.
please make sure you are in emunand before using the system update feature
