ROM Hack For what was Devmenu ?

Hello,

I found on that ISO Site a Legit Devmenu CIA...
But for what is it used ? (I think it's something like FBI or NASA just from Nintendo but can I install unsigned CIA's (without Luma)) ?

the dev menu is like fbi or big blue, never heard of nasa, so u can install unsigned cia's with it.

I could (I have no N3DS at the Moment but it will be on 11.2 4sure) install for Example StickerStar ? (not Legit) with DevMenu ?
Nasa is a closed Source CIA installer...

I converted my dev menu.3ds to cia when I was doing the xorpads method of conversion after leaving gateway. it's just another app to install cia files. I've never had issues with it. though, I've never tried it as a cia. I use Big Blue or Content Manager as it says on the tile. that's my preferred cia manager. I mostly just use that. I've never had a problem with that one either.

NASA was an alternative cia installer made by @Rinnegatamante in Lua.

A "Legit CIA" is a game that was bundled with a console and was preinstalled. If we dump those we can install them without CFW there is around 49 Legit CIA's.

and my friend (which wants me to install him some legit cias) wont be home tomorrow
so I just want to know the chances of a brick?

They got banned because they were so stupid and played Online/Connected to Nintendo Server while the Game wasn't released -.-

Nope, I just checked. They are cartridge dumps and they wont work. I'd prefer 'that chaos site' anyway, since 'that iso site' is full of adds and bullshit.

The legit cia of devmenu isn't useful, you can't even install legit cias with it.
And you can't install unsigned cias without a cfw because the signature is in the kernel.

If you are on 11.2 you can install CFW later today when fasthax comes out, then you can use safehax and install A9LH.
