Gaming Followed the psp soft mod guide and it's not running games

Just tried softmodding the psp and it seemed like everything was going right. I followed step by step the guide and did everything right to the best of my knowledge but I guess I could be wrong. When I try to run half minute hero and I get the message "This game could not be started. (80020321). Does anyone know what's wrong?

I have the psp phat and I followed that guide. Was at version 3.00 before updating to 5.03.

Open up your VSH menu (push select on the XMB) and change the no-umd mode to Sony np9660.
