Hacking Folder Icons Query

Hi,

I have seen numerous screenshots of themed and mods that show how folders on the Wii U homepage can have custom icons rather than text as a label.

When looking around I've seen explanations of how to change game's icons by doing the whole FTP folder hunting route, but this doesn't explain how people have created icons on the folders themselves.

How would I go about this sorry?

Never seen that done although if it could it would be folder wide. Ie you couldn't have one icon for a folder and a different one for another.

Can't see the folder icon, if thats what it is, being multiple. One folder/icon rules them all!
