French Publisher Focus Home Interactive announced the acquisition of german game developer Deck13.
The last game Deck13 developed was The Surge 2.
This acquisition will enable Focus Home Interactive to take full control of the intellectual Property of the games developed.
Furthermore, the publisher has acquired its publishing service for indie-developments.
