Hardware flatmii problem

My DVD drive died some weeks ago, so I went and got a flatmii from foundmy.com

I followed all the instructions to the letter, but whenever I try to load a game, I get the Disc can not be read error in the disc channel.

According to the PC app everything is fine and dandy.

Any help would be appreciated.

turns out it was DOA.

Anyone have good experiences with foundmy.com? Cause their site is down and I am starting to worry
