Hacking Flashme install with Supercard Lite + mk4-key

Please help.

I have Supercard lite + mk4-key. I want to flash my NDS lite with Flashme v7

1. Do I need to convert flashme.nds before I put in supercard (micro sd)?
2. Do I boot mk4-key with switch on GBA side?
