Hacking Flashme help, will pay $, Toronto, ON, Canada

hi guys, alrighty so the solution is to now flash my DS.
I don't have a working Passcard3, is there anyone who lives in Toronto, Ontario Canada? I live in the Scarborough region.

I would like to get your help for flashing my DS. For your effort, I will also be more than happy to pay you, or treat you out to lunch and we can chat and play some multplayer wifi on NDS.

why not check ebay for a passcard 3 or a superkey? If you are willing to pay for a flash, why not just get a new card?
