Flashcarts work straight off with NA 3DS

It's well-known that demo units often differ from the final (sometimes in huge ways), so I'm going to wait on confirmation until we get retail units actually sold and tested.

Nintendo are almost check mat for the DS mode, they can't really waste all the 3DS flash memory into huge DS games hashes white list, they can only play cat-mouse game try to scare users (blah blah unauthaurized device blah blah render game unusable) and of curse sue the makers/sellers of those flashcarts.

I don't think the flashcard companies will be selling carts no more. I bet there is a group of hackers or even the flash companies working on making a firmware mod like psp

Can someone provide me confirmation though? Is this 3DS remote brick a true statement or just some ghostly prank designed to freak me out??? I actually don't know what the hell is happening, but I don't want to brick my 3DS, that's for sure.
