Have you tried the paper trick, usually used with the Acekard, on your Supercard?

I've never used the R4i, but I have a Supercard and I am pretty well versed in how to work it. I do believe I've read a few cases of people needing to do the paper trick with their DSTWO. Cut a thin strip of paper (maybe a quarter of an inch tall, wide enough to span the entire width of the cart) and stick it behind where the contacts go on the cartridge, then close it all back up.

I demand a video showing the DSTwo working on your DS XL and showing the latest version, and then shown on the 3DS as not working. Cuz either you have a fake cart, you're doing something wrong, or you're just plain lying.

a DSTwo clone ? i don't think clone maker would bother trying to clone the DSTwo its simply too difficult to clone because of the cpu in the card

I'm sure there isn't, but there's some kind of problem here and it's either user error or somehow his 3DS is just disregarding flashcards which is, so far, unheard of.

Ok heres what I'll do.

1. Format the SD card using SD Formatter 3.1 (https://www.sdcard.o...ds/formatter_3/)

2. Install the latest EOS (http://down.supercar...12_0323_eng.zip)

3. Put the latest firmware onto the SD card (http://down.supercar...e_v1.16_eng.zip)

4. using my laptop webcam I'll do a video of running the dstwo on the DSI XL, the video will include the firmware update

5. I will then swap the cart from the DSI XL to the 3DS and attempt to launch it

6. I will also do repeat the process with the R4i Gold Plus

Video will come shortly

edit: apparently its a somewhat common issue with supercard (http://forum.superca...-10076-1-1.html). However I'll still do the video for you since both my carts don't work.

Quality isn't great but you can clearly make out everything with the exception of the version the card is being upgraded to (please put a little trust in me that it is indeed 1.16, if you wish i will take a picture)

im getting the same issue with my acekard 2i today.

Other carts work fine (mario 3ds) and my acekard show the "error please reboot"

Now before everyone says I updated it I can guarentee I didnt because i setup a password on the update and always cancel out. Any advice. Im running 4.2.09u

Are you sure that you are running on 4.2.0.9U, since if you updated today, then it means that you have probably updated to the 4.3.0.10U version, which apperatly blocks Acekard and SuperDStwo..

Same thing happened to me with my r4i gold. I bought a new cart, and it worked fine. I don't know if that helps anyone.

hmmm ya but my issue is that TWO carts (one new one I've had for a while) both don't work. This was RIGHT AFTER I updated.

You sure you are not just updating the kernel and not using the update file as you should be?

so no one has any idea's? I've tried everything suggested in this thread.

(plus im kinda peeved that the person who demanded a video hasn't posted since, takes me like an hour to transfer all my files back over to the microSD)
