Hacking Flashcart Irony

Still within memory are the times where Slot-1 Flash kits were just coming out, and Slot-2 users posted threads discussing which one(s) were woth buying.

Over the last week or so, I've seen Slot-1 owners asking about Slot-2 carts, and which are the best one(s) to buy.
I find this both ironic and strangely comforting - the Slot-2 lives on!

Well, people like to have extra features that slot 2 gives...Rumble, expansion memory and most of all GBA running is very important and nice to have..
Even "older" carts with own memory or microSD slot are great because they expand your capacity range, and work like standalone carts..

I use slot-1 for DS games but sometimes I miss GBA games, I guess I'll be asking which slot-2 card to buy if suddenly I get an urge.
