Are you looking for an NDS flashcart or a 3DS flashcard? For 3DS, none of them go with a CFW instead.
For NDS, I suggest the R4i Gold+. You get office Wood R4 support and the added bonus of having a switch for NTRBoot.
Also the model doesn't effect the cart's functionality, unless it's an old cart that doesn't work past 7.0. Which can be fixed through a CFW.
