is it compatible with flash games AND flash movies or just one of them

A single flash movie which is already embedded in the rom for you. Unless you can find a way to recompile the entire thing with the newer DevKitARM distributions, that's all you're going to get.

Even if you can load a flash file with that, the frame rate will be TERRIBLE.
