From your previous posts I see that you are over 9.2. So for under 30 dollars....
a cheap r4 clone(DS) or a used DSTWO+(DS/GBA((emulated))/SNES((emulated)))

So your only choice is Ds games (Sky3ds is like $90) just go for and r4 card. They are very cheap

Truthfully Idk. I have one r4 that only works on the nds check some of these out http://shoptemp.net/categories/Flashcarts/R4-DS/
r4i gold (I think) is the one most people recommend

I personally use the ACE3DS Plus, It's only 10 dollars!

Yep. It seems like a pretty good deal as it supports Real Time Saves, too!
