Hacking Fix fox 9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors

Just wondering if anyone could take on the task of writing a patch or a fix for 999? I was looking at the Japanese topic for it, and some flashcards had been patched... I know it works on AKAIO and some others, but, at least on my EDGE, it freezes. :/

I'm not sure if it will patched, or at least anytime soon. Just get a new card, rainwhore.

Allthough it seems like a great game,it's not very knowen,so it wont get pached anytime soon.Lets hope there will be a patch for it when a patch for Golden Sun comes out(not dumped yet,but it will be)

Or just get a new flash card like Presto said.I think Acekard 2 bypasses the AP.(I have R4 so I cant play it)

R4i-SDHC (red box) now has a fix for this game, and it's cheap.

Either get an R4 (cheapest flash card there is, but Wood R4 makes it one of the best flashcarts, i still have it myself), or Acekard or SuperCardTwo

Patch the game with the patch in the link below. It says it fixes freeze on the first puzzle but it fixes all freezing in the game.

I have an Acekard 2i running AKAIO 1.8.1. I've tried using the linked AP Fix (which generates a 999-fix.nds file), with AP both enabled or disabled, on both a Transcend and A-Data card (both area class 6). It still locks up on the first puzzle. Any idea what on earth the problem could be?

For EDGE just get the latest firmware and delete your old save file. It worked for me!

Use the fix on the link above an delete your old save file, start a brand new game. Worked for me and I have an R4 SDHC, which is a clone of the original R4.

Keep in mind that it also has to do with the speed of the MicroSD card. I had this freeze on me even after applying the patch, but I tried it again and saved after the first room. Never experienced another problem. Got all 6 endings, including the true ending.

I suggest upgrading the firmware of your edge OR buy a new flashcart. Either Acekard 2i, R4 with Wood or SuperCard DSTWO.
