Hacking Fix corrupted save?

Hi guys,

So i tried to deal with my loading problem, by Formating my SD card and putting DMLite on it instead. And then, using NMM to save my game. It worked for a while, until the game froze. At that point, I decided to reset the WII and turn it back on.
And then, when I wanted to grab my profile back, it said "corrupted file, must be deleted".

Is there a way to fix this file?

There's rarely anything you can do about a corrupted save file. It sounds like the game froze or you turned the power off while it was saving your game, in which case it's unlikely you can recover it. When using NMM, I recommend you make periodic backups of your save files.

Ok, I think this is what happened. But If my game crashes, how am i supposed to relaunch it?
And how do I make save backups? By putting the save files in my computer I guess or is there a specific program for this?
