ROM Hack First Time Using Tinke

New to the hack rom scene so I thought I would post this here.

What I want to do is port a friend's novel to the DS and using the 100 book collection that was on the ds, as the rom for the rom hack.

The thing is that i don't want where to start.

I'm afraid I'm not really sure how you'd go about doing that via ROM hacking, but fyi there's an open source homebrew eBook reader, dslibris, which would probably be a much easier way to do that.

Since it's open source you could easily modify it to have the specific book in NitroFS and change it to read from there instead of from the SD card if you want a more single ROM file experience, otherwise just loading the book from SD is easy.
