Hi guys, I would like to buy a console from 2017 used on EBay, I checked the serial that the boy gave me and it is hackable (patchable?), but before proceeding with the purchase, I asked him for the firmware and he told me 13.2.0.

Is it hackable?

Based on the date you provided and the fact that you checked the serial number, yes. It’s not only hackable but also unpatchable so the version of FW is irrelevant as you will always be able to boot with fusee-gelee. (No warranties or guarantees are made or implied.)

yes firmware 13.2.0 is compatible with custom firmware.
