Hacking Firmware problem

I found my EZ-Flash V card again (it was in a corner of my closet and that thing is HUGE) And i thought i could use it again so my brother can have my R4.

But...
The firmware is fucked up. i once downloaded 1.41 and i didn't like it, i downloaded 1.61 on filetrip. But that didn't help, it stays the same,
Please help me put 1.61 back onto the card because that firmware is good.
I lost the cd btw.

EDIT: Found out, thanks! now to look for a nice skin because the standard one sucks (too gray)
