You might run into problem with mission control with games that use more memory, firmware 20.x.x only have 14MB memory. Pokemon games have problem launching with mission control and salty NX running when tested with Sthetix's HATS pack,

anway long story show im on firmware 18.1.0 and want to play fifa 26 but it appears my firmware wont let me

so what is the best and most stable firmware i should uprgrade to that will allow me to play fifa 26?
 
ok i will keep an eye on the battery

I updated hekate and atmosphere finally! and I updated the patches

that all worked okay and my existing games worked okay I checked that

then I went into daybreak and upgraded the firmware from 18 to 20.4
it worked successfully and then I rebooted the console.

but now when I launch sysmmc I first see the usual atmosphere logo and then I see nintendo switch and the screen hangs on there and goes nowhere.

any suggestions on how to look to fix this? reasons like this make me never want to upgrade.

it took like 5-10 mins to get into the switch but weirdly it was trying to update my games?> wth?


I just turned on airplane mode and the other observation is looking on my settings it doesnt tell me im on firmware 20.4

how do I turn off the auto updates? or block the nintendo servers again...


BUT the GOOD news is FIFA 26 is WORKING!!!! I think I need to edit some files here to stop it keep updating... but my purpose has been served except it took ages and it will take ages to load up

In fact every game has now had an attempt to be updated.. I turned flight mode on for now

Yes, I am running firmware 20.4.0 successfully and all working so good on my modded Switch.

And yes, I am now running firmware 20.5.0 successfully and all working so good on my modded Switch.
 
How do u block nintendo servers again?

Im sure in the past i did this
But for some reason i now see all of my modded games being attempted to be updated.

Itd be good to be able to join the wifi so i can use homebrew apps

Also im on v 20.4.0 and annoyingly every time i launch a game it asks for a system update
Guess no fix for that

yeah i am having heavy battery drain issue. so i just copy & paste that into the ini? cuz mine starts off looking like this

but what you say to copy&paste doesn't have the ; are the ";" needed in this case?
