Hacking Firecard multiplayer

Hello guys,
I really need your help with some weird problem i have, trying to use download play with my firecard 8g

Make sure you are using one of the latest firmwares !
Download Play mostly only works if you set the save type manual. (Some games i.e. Bomberman working with Auto too, but its rare)
So you must press select+Left/Right in the menu to select the savetype.
You will see a DownloadPlay logo on the upper screen.
But games which were released after the last firmware doesn't seem to work (FIFA08,NFS ProStreet etc)

I have done all the things listened there, i set my save type to flash 4mb, update x-menu to 2.54 and i updated my firmware to 1.45.

The game i am trying to play is mario kart DS
If anyone can help me fix this you are a angel ;p

...Try using the right save type, since Mario Kart uses Flash 1M.
If that doesn't work, come back again, you were'nt really too clear about your problem.

on the firecard menu, change the save type until a picture of a ds with a wireless signal coming out from it shows up next to the game icon on the top screen.
