ROM Hack Fire Emblem Fates Character Replacement?

I'd like to make a hack where I can replace every character in the game with one specific character. (Arthur for example) So it'll lead to some really funny results.
Is it possible to do this? (This includes voice clips, portraits, and text as well)
And if so, how?
