Some new news on Fire Emblem DS, this could be old but I thought I would post it for anyone that missed it.

Was just gonna post this.

Ok its a remake of a remake (NES to SNES to DS) but then us none Japanese lot never got those games (well there are unofficial translations) so its good that we'll get to play it.

Online makes this even more attractive, still not into the look of it but I can overlook that. Would be essential if we could make our own maps.

What's this? A DS entry of a 2D series previously on GBA that doesn't seem to reuse many of the GBA graphic tiles? Epic wow.

I thought the same when seeing it another bad example of recycling is Harvest Moon DS.

I didn't mind the combat look but the overview/navigation (or whatever people wish to call it) could have been improved, would have looked nice if it resembled something like Rondo of Swords. Also whats with the blue hair?

I still don't like the portraits, but they look a little better this time. Eh, who knows. Maybe this new graphic style looks better in action. Can't wait to play it, that's for sure.

Damn, those screens look quite nice, and I'm happy it's going to be in stores in a month already!
I really hope it gets here in 2008, I'm buying this one.

I actually jumped with joy at that, methinks Marth's popularity had something to do with it.

It's really really hard to go out and buy a copy of the wii one though, i had to order path of radiance online. NOM uk, even went as far as saying that PoR wasnt even released in the UK 0_o
