Hacking Fire Emblem DLC downloaded using Gateway

One thing to add: everyone claims that all online features are disabled on Gateway Mode. Well, I just downloaded all DLC from Fire Emblem... using Gateway Mode.
There´s any other game that can take DLC?

Phoenix Wright, Theatrhythm Final Fantasy and New Super Mario Bros. 2 as far i know.

eShop works fine with gateway with emunand who says all online features are turned off?
Also was this DLC bought for rom or retail cartridge

From ROM. I´m using gateway mode. And everyone is saying that the games won´t have online features. Can´t play online and all... I don´t have any retail cardtridge, just Gateway

for example you can't play mario kart online or mh4 online.

e-shop and dlc works fine.

Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate's DLC doesn't work as far as I know. Getting the same error as Mario Kart 7. I don't suppose there's a workaround for this?
