Ok Guys , i had to remove that file in case it caused any issues , but i put up a now with WITH_out the IOS106 ... but im sure there may be one around WITH the file in it as well, but i cant give that link - you will have to do the math and try to find it on your own.

No, they're not. The newest batch of them are patched, but the downgrader points to a different set of unpatched IOS files. So this way, official Nintendo IOS's are installed, but not the patches ones.

Listen guys.
There is the step by step what I did.

1- Download the file that djtaz uploaded.

2-Instaled the Ios16.wad with Wadmanager 1.3

3-Instaled the Cios.wad with Wadmanager that works with ios16

4-Then I tested if I could install any wads, and it worked \o/..

So that's it.

If there is any doubt, please ASK BEFORE doing anything.

first, you use the normal wad manager to install ios16
then you use the ios16 wad manager to install the cios249
then you can use the normal wad manager again to install wads.

Yeah, that's correct..
Downgrade is optional..
I didn't downgrade mine.But some members downgraded their wii.

This is actually true. The pink fish disk contained the only IOS that wasn't patched against fake signing and trucha. So that means if you install this ios, you get that functionality back.
